Terms & Conditions — pk18 Platform Agreement

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout all sections of this document:

To register and maintain an Account on pk18, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts and registrations on behalf of legal entities are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located within, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of pk18 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from the pk18 Platform under these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

pk18 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal. Registration does not guarantee continued access to the Platform if subsequent verification checks reveal ineligibility.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the pk18 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk18 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. This includes all wagers placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and any communications sent via the Account. You must:

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify pk18 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

pk18 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from pk18 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team at once.

All financial transactions on pk18 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk18 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change at pk18's discretion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pk18 wallet in real time. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect. pk18 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges per their standard terms.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests submitted via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically processed within 2–4 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one business day. All withdrawal requests are subject to standard KYC checks. pk18 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of account age or prior transaction history.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your pk18 Account.
• Third-party withdrawals — i.e., transfers to accounts not belonging to the registered Player — are strictly prohibited.
• pk18 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
• Any funds in an Account that are reasonably suspected to be the proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity may be frozen pending investigation and reported to the relevant authorities.

pk18 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and the pk18 Rewards programme. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met using real-money funds and Bonus Funds combined, within the timeframe specified.
• Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until the stated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Different game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• pk18 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be exploiting or abusing any promotional offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or systematic low-risk wagering patterns — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.
• A Player may only claim each welcome offer once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account constitutes a breach of the one-account rule under Section 3.

All wagers placed on pk18 — across sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, and instant-win products — are subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules are available within each game category on the Platform.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the pk18 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, pk18 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the Player's wallet. This is without prejudice to any wins or losses that occurred during unaffected periods.
• pk18 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any game, market, or individual account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — situations where unusual betting patterns have been identified.
• Winnings generated through the exploitation of software errors, misconfigured games, or any technical vulnerability are not valid and will be voided. Any associated withdrawal requests will be declined.
• All cricket betting markets, including PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20Is, are subject to the specific sportsbook rules published on the pk18 Cricket page. Settlement of all cricket markets is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on pk18, whether under your own name or a third party's name.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any other communication with pk18.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim promotional offers.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or use the pk18 Platform for any financial transaction that is illegal under applicable laws.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability, software bug, or misconfiguration of the Platform for personal financial gain.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pk18 staff, support agents, or other Players.

pk18 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all Players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our obligations in this area seriously. The following tools are available to all registered Players via the Account Settings page:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your pk18 wallet. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders to alert you after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive periodic on-screen prompts displaying your session duration and net win/loss position.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place wagers.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and be excluded from the pk18 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the selected exclusion period. Players requesting permanent self-exclusion will not receive any marketing communications from pk18.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to make use of the above tools immediately and to seek support from a qualified organisation. pk18 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all registered players and real-money wagering. Underage gambling is illegal, harmful, and will not be tolerated on the pk18 Platform.

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by pk18 is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in full.

In summary, pk18 collects personal data that is necessary for the operation of your Account, including identity information (for KYC purposes), payment information (for transaction processing), and usage data (for platform improvement and fraud prevention). pk18 does not sell your personal data to third parties and will only share data with partners and service providers where strictly necessary for the delivery of platform services.

All content on the pk18 Platform — including but not limited to the pk18 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk18 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the pk18 Platform without the prior written consent of pk18. Unauthorised use of pk18 intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk18 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including — but not limited to — loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if pk18 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pk18's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of funds held in the Player's pk18 wallet at the time the relevant incident occurred.

pk18 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. pk18 will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to notify Players of planned maintenance in advance where possible.

pk18 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy identity or age verification requirements within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other prohibited conduct.
• Regulatory instruction or legal obligation requiring Account closure.
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an Account is closed by pk18 due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds held in the Account will be forfeited. Real-money funds held in the Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following the completion of any applicable investigation, unless the funds are the subject of a legal hold or regulatory freeze.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting pk18 support. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 5 business days. All pending wagers will be settled before the Account is closed.

pk18 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Player — pk18 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the pk18 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

The version of these Terms in force at the time of any dispute between you and pk18 shall be the version that governs the resolution of that dispute.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of pk18's licensing authority. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies under that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the pk18 internal complaints process.

Internal Complaints Process: Before escalating any dispute, Players are required to contact the pk18 customer support team in the first instance and allow pk18 a reasonable period — not less than 14 calendar days — to investigate and respond. pk18 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 days of receipt.
